What oven temp do you cook these at? I have a step daughter, who we only get during visitation, who was just diagnosed with IBS. Unfortunately, I also have a VERY PICKY 2 year old so I'm trying to get ideas for things both kids will be able to eat. All suggestions will be welcome.

I usually do 450F. The fries take about 1/2 hr or so and the chicken nuggets are about 10 min. Sometimes I get impatient with the potatoes and for the last bit I just stick the broiler on to brown them up. You know when they start "whistling", they don't have much longer to go. There's also some recipes on the boards for different variations for the oven fries. Check the index. They should be listed under sides.
