Red Lobster Biscuits
2c. Reduced FatBisquik 2/3c. soy or rice milk 1/2c. shredded soy or almond cheddar 1T melted margarine or butter flavored spray with 1/8t. garlic powder
Heat oven to 450º. Mix first three ingredients in a large bowl. Drop onto a sprayed cookie sheet in 9 spoonfuls. Bake 8-10 minutes. Brush the garlic butter over the top after baking. Yum! Also the recipe for plain biscuits is on the box of Bisquik if you have trouble. Great with fish. I have made these many, many times.
