I have bought quite a few individual frozen turkey tenderloins and was wondering if anyone had any recipes ideas for them. I browsed the recipe index but didn't see too much for tenderloins! Thanks!

Fruit-Stuffed Tenderloins Ingredients 4 (4oz each) Turkey Breast Tenderloins 1/3 cup hot water 5 dried apricots, finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon Chicken Flavored Bouillon Granules 1 tablespoon Olive Oil 1/2 cup finely peeled and chopped Granny Smith apple 2 trimmed green onions, sliced 2/3 cup bread crumbs 1/2 teaspoon ground poultry seasoning Wooden picks 1 can (12 oz.) apricot nectar 3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard Chopped fresh herbs (optional)
Directions: In a small bowl, pour water over apricots and bouillon. Let stand 5 minutes. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil until hot. Stir in apple and onion. Cook and stir until tender, about 1 minute; remove to a medium bowl. Stir in bread crumbs, poultry seasoning and apricots. Cut a lengthwise pocket in each tenderloin. Spoon half of stuffing into each pocket. Secure with wooden picks. In a large skillet over high heat, combine apricot nectar and mustard; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; add tenderloins; cover and simmer until turkey is no longer pink, about 20 minutes, turning once. Remove tenderloins. Boil apricot liquid on high heat partially covered, until reduced to 1 cup, about 5 minutes. Slice tenderloins into 1" medallions. Spoon sauce on each of 4 plates and place medallions on sauce. Garnish with herbs, if desired. Makes 4 servings. web page

I ordered them through out Market Day at school. I have seen some in the meat department in Kroger although they are honeysuckle brand and I know that some people are bothered by this brand.

Turkey Tenders over Linguine
(Makes 4 servings)
My Aunt Judy has brought this to family gatherings many times and it's delicious! The only changes I made was to decrease the amount of oil and change the beef bouillon into chicken or vegetable.
1 lb turkey breast tenderloins, cut crosswise into narrow strips
flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 packet low-sodium chicken or vegetable bouillon powder, dissolved in 1 cup hot water
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
3 leeks, trimmed, thinly sliced (with 1 inch of light green tops remaining)
8 ounces linguine, cooked according to directions on package
1. Dredge turkey strips in flour.
2. Saute in oil about 4 minutes, turning often, and adding a little broth if necessary.
3. Add broth and next 5 ingredients.
4. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve over linguine.

I cna't have it because it has MSG- but there is non meat based "beef" flavored bullion available in the kosher foods section of your grocer.. they have a vegetarian chicken one too.. mom uses both regularly. Carmel, knorr and a few other brands make them- they are labeled Kosher pareve or KP. Good luck!
