How do I use egg sub. in a recipe that calls for egg whites? Do I just assume 1 egg white = 1/4 cup of egg sub (where 1/4 cup = 1 egg)?

An egg white is considered half an egg. So if 1/4 cup of substitute is one egg, then use 1/8 cup.
