Hi Heather,
A quick query...
I have a recipe for Asian Citrus Chicken. It's low fat, with IBS safe ingredients.
My query is that it calls for the juice of 2 lemons and 3 oranges. Would this be too much citrus juice for an IBS friendly recipe?

Hi Kerrie - I'm guessing the juice is used for a marinade or cooked down into a sauce? Since it's a chicken recipe, and probably served with rice or noodles, unless you're really citrus-sensitive it's probably just fine because with everything else in the dish the juice will be a minor component. I've made orange-juice based chicken dishes with no problem.
Best, Heather
