I am sorry to have to ask, but I am waiting for my copy of Eating for IBS, and would like to have the recipe for the Crab Cake Sandwich. Does anyone have it handy? Do you mind posting? I apologize for the inconvenience, I just have a craving for them! Thanks so much!

No prob..
I assume it is: Open-face Chesapeake Crab Cake sandwhiches?
1/2 cup finely diced onion 1/2 cup " " celery 1 Tbsp canola oil 12 oz. lump crab meat 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs 1/2 cup fat free mayo 1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp dijon mustard
6-8 small slices sourdough bread, toasted plus lemon for serving
preheat oven: 350 F. cook onion and celery in oil over med-low heat then transfer to med bowl and add remaining ingredients, folding gently. with an ice cream scoop or measuring cup form small mounds of mixture on cookie sheet sprayed with oil. Bake 25 minutes or until golden. Serve as a sandwich.
This sounds great. Being from Canada I was actually recently introduced to Old Bay seasoning from a few new friends from Maryland who took it camping, I am hooked now!
