Just curious to know if it's easy & if it turns out good. I'm gonna make a couple pies for Thanksgiving. Might do a graham cracker crust for one & a low-fat flour crust for the other.

Dumb question: how many slices are in a typical pie? 1/2 cup of oil in a pie crust sounds like too much fat to be safe for us, but I could be totally off-base on that one. I'd like to figure out fat per serving, just to be on the safe side.

I was thinking 8, but I KNOW I have a portions issue.
Ok, so... assuming that we all have issues with portion size, and cut the pie into 8 pieces, that would be 11g fat per serving. Too high, I think.
