1 package (12 oz) frozen cooked winter squash
6 egg whites (original calls for 3 whole eggs)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
2 cups rice/soy milk
1/4 cup margarine, melted
ground cinnamon
Preheat over to 350. Cook squash as desired on package. In a large mixer bowl, beat eggs; add squash, sugar, flour, milk and margarine, beating until well mixed. Pour into greased 2 qt. baking dish. Sprikle with cinnamon and bake 1 (one) hour, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm. Serves 6 to 8.

1 package (12 oz) frozen cooked winter squash 3 whole eggs (could someone let me know the conversion to egg whites - I will be glad to edit) I've actually already answered this question in your other post, but just in case you don't see it... 2 egg whites=1 entire egg 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup flour 2 cups rice/soy milk 1/4 cup margarine, melted ground cinnamon
Preheat over to 350. Cook squash as desired on package. In a large mixer bowl, beat eggs; add squash, sugar, flour, milk and margarine, beating until well mixed. Pour into greased 2 qt. baking dish.
