Hi. I'm new at this so I'm not sure if I'm doing this right. I really miss pizza! Does anyone have a good recipe that's safe? Chany

I haven't actually tried this yet, but I was on the Bisquick site and saw what is, quite possibly, the easiest pizza crust recipe I've ever seen:
2 cups reduced-fat Bisquick
1/2 cup cold water
Heat oven to 425. Mix together Bisquick and water until soft dough forms. Pat or roll dough, with Bisquick-dusted hands, into a 12-inch circle on a cookie sheet, pinching a rim around the edge (or pat dough into a 12-inch pizza pan).
Sprinkle dough with 1/2 cup shredded soy mozzarella, then spread with 1 cup sauce, if using. (I like Ragu Lite Tomato and Basil.) Top with more cheese and whatever toppings you'd like (remember what's safe!!), and bake 20-25 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. Makes 8 slices.
Welcome, by the way!

3 C flour 1 TBSP oil 1 pckg yeast 1 tsp salt 1/4 C honey 1 C water Dissolve yeast in water. Combine flour and salt in bowl. Add honey, oil and yeast/water. Stir till combined then roll out onto floured surface. Knead until smooth and elastic. Let rise until doubled. Punch down and divide into 4-5 pieces (or make one big pizza). Roll out till about 1/4 inch thick. Add toppings and bake for 10-15 min. at 425 F. YUMMY!!! I make mine half whole wheat/half white which some people might not be able to handle. Rena

It's a baking mix... they sell it in the supermarket, in the baking aisle, usually near the flour and such.
If you do buy it, be sure to buy the reduced-fat kind!

I make pizza all of the time. I mostly buy the pizza dough from Trader Joes but if you don't have one nearby just make it in a bread machine. Ingredients are usually just flour, water, yeast, and a small amt of oil.
Roll it out with flour on a board.
Put a safe tomato sauce on it (Again I often use Trader Joes but you can make it easy with Tomato sauce, oregano, basil, and pepper)
I usually only use about 4 oz of grated soy cheese.
Top with chicken breast, turkey pepperoni (by Hormel), and any vegies you can tolerate.
I put it on a pizza stone sprinkled lightly with corn meal (so it won't burn) and bake at 400 degrees for about 10 -15 minutes.
I slice up the whole thing and put all the left overs in a ziploc bag in the freezer. I can then reheat pieces for lunch at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Good Luck, Leigh

Casey- Wow thank you for the pizza crust recipe! I can't wait to try it. I really really miss pizza. You have such great ideas for things. Thank you for all your recipes and also everyone else. I hope to be able to post one in the near future once I become real familiar with everything!

Here is a recipe I make. gourmet pizzas
I think the hoisin one is good. Just put hoisin sauce with no HFCS on pizza crust and then chicken, spinach and mushrooms.

Not sure how safe this one is, perhaps someone can comment:
(recipe don't include dough)...
Sauce: 1/3 cup each of low/no fat ranch dressing and miracle whip and 2 cloves of garlic
Toppings: Broccoli (chopped small), carrots, red pepper, mushroom and top with cheese (soy)....very good, I also add pineapple to mine...guess you can add what you want if it don't bother you.
