Hi; Iwas wondering what bread would be good with veggie burgers as opposed to the regular burger buns, or would the reg.buns be all right for that?

I use regular buns with mine...or I have cut them up and eaten them wrapped in a tortilla with whatever toppings you like! I LOVE veggie burgers! YUM!

Louise - for all types of breads (buns, rolls, bread loaves, whatever) as long as it's white bread (not whole wheat or whole grain) and has no dairy or fat in it, it's IBS safe. It doesn't matter what shape the bread is, it's the ingredients that count.

thanks again Heather" I hate to sound like a brokenrecord all the time and sorry for that, it is just that bread has never agreed with me before(even though I always had whole wheat) and I guess I am a little bit skeptical about some things still. And what is good for one person isn;t necessarily good for someone else as we have found out from different members.
