Sauce: 1/3 cup each of low/no fat ranch dressing and miracle whip and 2 cloves of garlic Toppings: Broccoli (chopped small), carrots, red pepper, mushroom and top with cheese (soy)....very good, I also add pineapple to mine...guess you can add what you want if it don't bother you.
