*Note: I got this from my local bagel shop.... they make it with lite cream cheese for the holidays every year. I personally have not tried it yet, but will with the soy and let you all know.
Pumpkin Soy Cream Cheese Spread
8 ounces soy cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
Blend all together well and chill for at least 1 hour. This would be great to put out with sliced mini bagels for the holidays!!

I will be trying this tonight.... brought the stuff to make on my lunch break! Guess what I'm having for breakfast the rest of the week... hehehe I already did the math... one mini bagel with this spread on it is only 141 calories!! WWOOOOHHHHOOOOOOOO.........

OOPS... I messed up the portions on the pumpkin... but that is ok, cause I made it taste yummy!! See below
Shell's Version Pumpkin Soy Cream Cheese Spread
8 ounces soy cream cheese, softened (I used Totutti brand) 1 cup canned pumpkin puree 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 tablespoon powered sugar
Blend all together well and chill for at least 1 hour.
I did try it on a sliced mini bagels YUMMERS!!
