made it 7 days with no migraine. can't wait til it's 7 months without one, just like with my ibs. I think it's because of the weather. It's really dark out like a thunderstorm is coming. Plus yesterday the lady who cleans for us was here and something she used really bothered me. I guess I need to get all unscented cleaning products. what a pain.

Hi Laura!
I can't use "smelly" products at all in my house because my cat has allergies. So, I use vinegar and water for cleaning (everything) and for disinfecting, I use bleach and water. The vinegar works like a charm, especially on the windows and mirrors.

If I read your post right you have a migraine. I'm so sorry that you feel bad today. Hope the thunderstorm passes over quickly.

It's a pain being "nose sensitive". I'm that way, too. I get a headache (thank goodness not a migrane) from lots of smells especially cleaning stuff and perfumes. Clorox is a biggie for me and hubby loves to use that. He has a cologne that I make him go outside to spray. Oh yeah, paint and paint thinner drive me nuts.

You might think about making homemade cleaning products. There are lots of things like vinegar, baking soda, etc. that can be used.

It's the pits having a sensitive nose and a sensitive stomach!
