Thanks, Carmen, Christine and LS!
Sometimes it just doesn't pay to celebrate. I had a good time -- but was it worth it? I had only ONE Jack (I'm used to a lot more), and of course did the preventative measures before and after, but still my tummy ain't too happy with me. Actually, hubby's isn't either. He didn't have a Jack; he had a vodka. He says it's the Thai dressing.
Rats.
So we're done "celebrating." Now we're just holding hands and reminiscing. This is better than any Jack or Vodka.
Thanks guys.

All the lettuce in that salad would've done me in for sure!
Enjoy the rest of your evening, though!

Hey, Girlfriend!
I LOVE the new you! You look so much younger -- and happier -- in this pic.
Thanks for your kind wishes. Hubby's tummy settled down; mine didn't (naturally). I took more Equalactin and am having a few saltines for my dinner. It'll pass -- probably not 'till the morning, but it'll pass.
It was all worth it, really, 'cause we had a great day. We're both so excited about the new house, and it's really taking shape now, even though the builder intimated today that we may not close on the 30th as planned (but close). I didn't tell him this, but I was thinking it: I'd rather have a job well done than a job finished on time.
Thanks again for your wishes, Girlfriend -- I owe you an e-mail, and I'll try to get to it tomorrow when I'm feeling better.

Bevvy, Take care of yourself first and don't worry about an email to me. I can wait. I know you have a lot going on right now.
Poor thing! I just hate it that you're not feeling well; ESPECIALLY on this important day. I'm glad you've had a great day anyway!
My new pic was taken about a month ago. I was EXTREMELY happy that day because I was with all 3 of my children and ALL of my grandchildren. (I don't get to see my oldest son and his two kids very much!)
We all went to a park in the town where my son lives, and I had two bad attacks while we were there. By bad, I mean urgent "D"! Here I was having the time of my life and BOOM! I had to walk over a block to get to a bathroom. I still had a wonderful day that day; in spite of it! Talk with ya later, Terri
