I was thinking that we should make a list of all the abbrevations we use. Then Heather could make it a sticky and all the newbies will have a clue! So... SFS = Soluble Fibre Supplement BM = Bowel Motion ADBs = Anti-Depressant Brownies (see recipe Index). RKTs = Rice Krispy Treats.
