Carmen, I actually did NOT know you can't get SoyFee in Australia. Damn. I wonder what's up with that? And Marina doesn't ship to Canada either!
Gee, is there any way you can get this stuff? Do you know anyone who is coming to the States for a visit? Any friends here? Relatives?
Wait a minute. Why can't Marina ship it to you? Okay, so maybe the shipping charges will be kinda high, but it's still worth it, especially if you order a large quantity that will keep for a long period of time (it's vacuum-packed).
Did you ask her? She likes to ship via FedEx. Doesn't FedEx fly to Australia? E-mail her again, Carmen; don't give up. See what she can do for you -- if you order one or two 5-lb. bags: info@soycoffee.com
I really want you to be able to have this; you would just love it. I'm not teasing, I promise.
Bev

You e-mailed Marina, and she didn't answer? That's not like her.
She told me she's had a "phenomenal" reaction from the Boards since I originally posted about the stuff, and had to tell her roaster to delay his vacation in order to keep up with the orders. So she's pretty busy right now.
I'm kinda thinking maybe she can't ship to England. I know she can't ship to Canada or Australia. And for the life of me, I can't figure out why. Do you have FedEx over there? I know she likes to ship via FedEx. If you're willing to pay the shipping charge, I don't know what the problem could be unless perhaps it's the duty, having to go through Customs?
Don't give up; keep e-mailing her. It's worth it!
Alternatively, do you know anyone coming over to the States for a visit? A friend who lives here, or family perhaps? What are the issues involved in shipping something overseas? Do you have to take it to Customs, do you know?
I have a feeling Marina is overwhelmed right now. She needs more help! Hey, think I might apply?
So is this your last shift at the old job, Linzy? Ohboyohboyohboy....

Nah, I have ONE more after this. And then I'm FREEEEEE!
Can't wait. My life is going to be one-big-round of sleeping, gardening, painting, cooking and wedding planning. Crazy, but all fun.
I'll persist with the coffee. I do want some bad.

Hey Girlfriend!
I e-mailed Marina about shipping to Canada, Australia, and England -- and she just responded:
Quote:
We are working on expanding to accommodate international orders. I will try to help out lindsey. For international orders I'm willing to consider minimum orders of $60. Shipping would depend on locations.
A minimum order of $60 could include a 5-lb. bag and a 10-oz. bag -- or several 10-oz. bags of various flavors. You'll need to try all the different kinds first anyway.
SOOOO -- hand in there! Marina's on it! Yaay!
Bevvy
P.S.: Where'd she get "Lindsey?"

I just e-mailed Marina about Linzy, who wants to order it too, but she's in England. I asked Marina what can be done about international orders. Here's her reply:

So how 'bout that?! Yaay! You could order 6 ten-ounce bags of different flavors, for $60, which you would want to do anyway until you found the one you like best -- THEN you'd want to order the 5-lb. bag of your fave.
Yippee!

www.miracleii.biz may have some information on the products. I can get it a little cheaper because they have a warehouse near me (and I know a guy that works there). I beleave the name of the manufacturer is TEDCO. If you would like to give it a try, just let me know. Leslie
