Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | Just letting you all know ...

I'm going to be away from the boards for the next week or so. I have a summer camp reunion this weekend, followed by a few days with my bf at his parents' house. I'm just a little bit nervous about not being able to prepare my own meals, but with enough equalactin I should be able to get through anything, right? I will finish the last dose in my canister of Citrucel today. I ordered Acacia a few days ago, hoping to time it just right, but I'm not sure I will get here before I leave today. Since I was only up to 2g of fiber a day on my Citrucel, I think I should be able to make do with Fibercon and Equalactin, right? I have an 8 hour car trip today, but I have been really stable so I am not worried about needing to stop along the way. I'm bringing some homemade hummus with bread chips to snack on, and a whole bunch of Luna bars (mmmmm I'm so glad you guys told me those were safe!), so I should be alright. Just didn't want you all to worry about me, since I won't be posting for a week.
