what i love also includes:
reading that Shane loves to hear his wife snoring
what else?
knowing that you made something on your own (whatever that may be: chocolate, a knitted scarf, a painting, someone smile)
a nice new pedicure. what a nice feeling, and oh so pretty!
plants. i love plants. i have a little bit of a green thumb, and i sure love to see green things growing (not even really flowering plants. i like the green ones). and even better is that nice smell of clean air when there are lots of plants in a room.
i also love (really really love!) a big man with strong arms and smiley crinkles around his eyes. *sigh* (OK, but that's not weird, is it? but it's still true)

Okay, that's too cute about the wife snoring!
As for the ketchup on mac cheese? Ew! My boyfriend does the same exact thing. His latest weird food mix is he'll put cream cheese on his saltine crackers.

My daughter will not and has never eaten peanut butter but she makes a cream cheese sandwich on white bread.

In my family, it's ketchup on scrambled eggs, syrup on sausage, and icing (as in cake icing) on saltines. All of which I have done at some point in my life...

Hi,
I am thankful for so many things but since I am limited I will onlyl list a few: Going to the 99c store with my 84yr old mom and having lots of laughs. Seeing my husband comfortable at home in his white undershirt. Taking pictures with my digital camera and changing them up with picture -it and then printing them out. You can really erase wrinkles! Cooking something good on a cold, rainy day. And best of all, any day that I feel good!!!!

PS: I know I'm not supposed to mention puppies but I love petting my dog, Rusty.

What makes me happy:
the smell of spring time hearing the loons calling to each other on the lake at sunset watching the sun go down the smell of my grandmother's perfume smarties the feel of tanning oil on my skin running cold water on my feet poetry the smell of gasoline slipping into a bed with warm, clean sheets
I could go on forever...not all of these things are obscure...but they all make me happy!!

the smell of coppertone...reminds me of the beaches in Costa Rica vacationing there every year when growing up...i sometimes put it on just for the sake of smelling it
after sex pizza....tastes about 800 times better
taking a really hot shower then coming out into a cold room or vice versa....really cold shower into a hot room
the sore feeling the day after working out
dipping chocolate chip cookies into orange juice
walking barefoot on cool tile floors
being inside on a warm rainy day with the windows wiiiiide open
the smell of my linen closet
my boyfriends boiling hot skin but freeeeeezing feet, ALWAYS!
getting catalogues in the mail...i get TONS! and i save them all for sunday night and after sex in the city i would sit and go through them all. now i just do it sunday night while watching alias
the thought that in my mind i could be a super spy/ charlie's angel/ hardcore bad ass...its one of my favorite little fantasies
i love doing my eyebrows, one by one...in front of a magnifying mirror with blinding white lights so i can see every single one
there's more but i can't remember all of them

all except the ketchup and eggs, which now i think i ought to try!
my mother jokes that when i made cakes when i was younger, i was always stingy with the icing on the cake so i could save lots of it for on the saltines! glad to know that's not just my family! (PS: yes, i still do this and i'm not stingy with the icing on the cake- i just make twice as much so there's plenty left for crackers! i just can't eat 'em now. )

Oh I love colours too. I can't wait till I can plant loadsa flowers in my garden. I just adore lots of colourful flowers.
I love trees. Is that weird enough? I feel really "at home" under trees: they make me calm and happy. Si jokes that I'm either an elf or a hobbit (we're both major LOTR fans).
And the sound of wind in the rigging of boats at harbour. That just takes me back to happy holidays as a kid. The noise drives most people nuts, but I love it.
