I wasn't! My husband's boss told him to take me out to a nice dinner as a thank you for some work he'd done. I ate a LOT. Now, of course, I'm paying for it because I woke up at 7:30 on a Saturday! But I took some NuLev and I'm feeling better. And at least I'm getting work done.
Did anyone else party too much last night or am I the only one who should be ashamed?

I actually was VERY good last night (for the first time in many weeks). Do not get down on yourself, food and eating out is part of life.....and we overeat sometimes. It is not fun to feel gross after, but it does happen once in a while.
I woke up this morning and was 2 more pounds lower on the scale since Friday!!! Not sure if the are "real" or not, but I will take them. This has given me a new found dedication to losing weight.
Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend! Amy

It seems like that is all I try to do. But in the last year it's become more acceptance that I will never be a 4 again, and will have to be content to be a 6.

Jen,
I do not have any secrets other than just controlling the food you put in your mouth! I eat mindlessly all day long unless I am making a very concious effort to only eat when I am hungry.
You can do it. Just find that thing you are doing that is getting in the way.
Good Luck, Amy
