Did I miss todays post???
Well, after my donut and mcgriddle binge the other day, I'm back on the wagon!
Had some bread and salad last night. Oatmeal (with very little sugar, instead of 2 tablespoons) And I'm about to have a piece of chicken for lunch.
I have worked out 3 of the last 4 nights and plan on working out again tonight! I'm waiting until next week to weigh myself.
How's everyone else doing??

not too bad....but friday is quickly approaching!!
I received another invitation to go out to the club with all the girls again on saturday night. I'm still debating it...cuz last time was an absolute disaster. I'm definately not drinking this weekend....as much....

I wonder if it's an April Fools trick. I don't trust Jen...
Well, yesterday went like this:
6:00 a.m. -- Acacia tea 8:00 a.m. -- Low-fat granola w/soy milk noon -- Leftover spaghetti 3:00 p.m. -- A couple Veggie Stix 6:00 p.m. -- 1/2 can albacore, dry 8:00 p.m. -- Decaf tea w/acacia
1/2 hr. workout on rowing machine. 1 hr. yelling at Simon.

Hi guys... Bev, you crack me up. Yelling at Simon counts as exercise? Sweet.
As for me... I think I ate exactly my points yesterday. I might have gone half a point over as I got the munchies while watching The OC.
Today, so far so good. Eric is in Phoenix again so it is up to me to make dinner, which means I will be having frozen pizza. Because as we all know, I am lazy. The pizza is 8 points, and I've had 8 so far... so there will be 4 for dessert!
And as always, I did a fair bit of walking.

you don't TRUST me!????? HMPH.
yesterday i did ok with eating. b: smoothie (as usual) w/ acacia & protein l: what did i eat for lunch??? crud. foggy head. um... no clue. i'll come back and edit when i remember. i know i had my acacia, though. d: salmon, rice & beans, asparagus. dessert: sorbet (acacia)
today so far: b/l: will's dreamy rice pudding (acaia), then 2 hours later some rice & beans
