I am usually a C, but since I had a colonoscopy this summer I have been going back and forth between C and D. Sometimes this will happen in the same day. I'm starting to get nervous about my move to Martha's Vineyard on Monday. I am afraid to eat anything. There will be quite a ride between here and where I get the boat, and I will be traveling with strangers.

How did your journey go? Did your stomach behave? I need a good vacation story, as I haven't taken one for a while. You can make something up, I give you permission.

Stomach was fine, knees cramped in a crowded car not so fine. I don't think I had anything to eat that day. My whole eating pattern has changed. I am not as hungry as I used to be and eat only when I am. Had to come home in a hurry one day, but other than that Island life is good.
