90 minutes of pain tonight from eating 3/4 of one tangerine! I think its passing now, I've had an intense pain in my stomach since about 20 minutes after eating it. I've been doing better with fresh fruit in small doses lately and have been pushing the envelope a bit - a bit too far tonight I guess. GRRR

Thanks Nelly. It was yummy, but not worth it. Speaking of citrus, how's life without the grapefruit thingy stuck in your back?

I feel strangely lighter on my left side. In my mind? Don't know for sure. But oddly enough I don't have a Nerfball-size divot in my back. In fact, my left side looks just like the right for now...

I did have the presence of mind to take "before" pics, so at some point I'll have "after" pics to share. I'm still kinda bandaged up, so there's nothing much to see at 4 weeks post op. I'm more excited than anybody to see what the end result looks like! The scar so far is smaller than the tumors he took out so maybe I've beat that conservation of matter law after all.

BTW, I'm drooling for a tangerine right now. THANKS.

Step away from the fruit.... I've burped about 400 times in the past hour and I still don't feel quite done. Don't go to the dark (okay, orange) side.

good to hear about your back. I never watched that lovely video you posted, and I"m looking forward to not looking at your before and after pics too!

LOL!! Yes, talk me down from the fruit ledge. We got a xmas box from Harry and David Co. and it went right in the trash.

Honestly, pears in december. Like I don't have enough stress!
