Okay, so I ordered a sample from startsampling.com a while back. It was listed as a Probiotic Cereal. I figured I might as well try it, since I cannot eat yogurt.
It got here and I'm reading the ingredients list. It has "Broccoli Extract". broccoli is a trigger for me, so I was nervous. But upon reading the stats on the box, it's low in insoluble fiber, but high in soluble fiber.
My sample box was about half the size of a regular serving. My belly tolerated it nicely (Tastes great w/ plain Almond Milk). So I bought a box. I had it again today. So far so good. I have eaten a "full serving" of 1 1/4 c. yet, but each 1 1/4 c. serving has 11 g of soluble fiber. I'll be interested to hear if anyone else has tried it yet!

Hmmmm. Sounds promising. I eat soy yogurt every morning to get my probiotics. LOVE IT!! Tastes sooooo GOOD!
But, if it works for you, I may try getting some. I always like a little variety, and I have the hardest time with breakfast. I HATE trying to figure out what to eat for breakfast!!

Okay, so I started out with a half of a serving of this cereal! It is FABULOUS!!! I am now up to a whole serving of 1 1/4 c. and my tummy tolerates it well! It is expensive @ $4.99/box @ Target, but it gives me my cereal fix! Best of luck!

Hey, thanks for the tip. Sometimes I get bored of the cereals I eat, so something new would be great.
