please recommend an effcient energy bar, as I get shakey and have to eat on the go quite often. I have been eating the "Balance Bars" and haven't had a problem yet but would love suggestions. They all seem to have 6 or 7 grams of fat. I try yams or potatoes or beets on occasion but if I get stuck in a car and have nothing what would be best. Any ideas?

I like Zone bars and I usually tolerate them very well. They have less fat than the Balance bars.

lots of tasty flavors, helpful nutrients and they're vegan.

I like Luna Bars, too. I'd stay away from the "Sunrise" varieties, though. They're safe, but the couple I tried tasted awful.

I do well with Luna bars too and find the taste to be pretty decent. Whenever I pull one out I joke with my friends about how I need to get my woman's nutrition (I'm a guy - but Luna bars are completely marketed towards women).

Luna Bars are my choice too. How are the Luna Bars going to know whether a man is eating them or a woman? Kind of like what would happen if a man took Midol? Or a Woman took One-A-Day for Men? Kind of makes you say, hmmmmm?
