what to take when you can't take anything???

Quick post. I still am battling the end of the stomach flu, so I've still got a bit of nausea. I also have horrible periods and my cramps today are pretty rough on me. Any home remedies? I can't take tylenol b.c I'm afraid I won't keep it down...I've got heat on it but any other ideas would be GREATLY appreciated.

thank you. it's def. worth a try! Being able to take nothing pretty much sucks right now. My belly feels a bit better today and I'm going to take some tylenol finally. Thanks for responding!

Do you have a heating pad? That helps (with hot tea too) for cramps for your period or IBS.
