New favorite food/dish with IBS

So now that we all have IBS or Crohns/Colitis, what's your new favorite food that you didn't eat before your diagnosis?
Mine has to be rice. I didn't eat rice very often until my diagnosis...now I LOVE it!

I have completely fallen in love with apple sauce. If there's none in the fridge I freak out! I never ate it before.

I too, have really enjoyed all the extra rice and love apple sauce which I had never had before.
I have to say though that I love sweet potato now. I had never eaten it before but love all Heather's recipes that include it particularly the soup and the Sunshine Bread.

I've gotten very attached to squash and carrots! I used to eat a lot more broccoli, asparagus, etc., but I don't tolerate them well at all anymore. Since they're the best for me, squash and carrots have become my staple veggies! I've also really gotten into Honeycombs! I used to eat higher fiber bran cereals, but started eating Honeycombs when I was having problems and read about them in Heather's book. Now I really like them!

I love sweet potatoes now too - never used to like them. I also love all the types of breads.
