what time to workout?? as long as it gets done?? lol.. i wanna set a schedule but i just cant wake up early ..so is afternoon an okay time to workout?

Yes, anytime is fine, but some fitness people say the optimal time is in the morning.

The reason morning is best is cause most people will stick to an excersize routine in the morning versus afternoon. I usually exercize in the afternoon, nothin like picking a line through technical single track to take your mind off of work.

i think i may try afternoon i notice i have most of my energy then.. as much as i sleep, i cant get the energy to do it in the morning!
