drinking water

I have read all the info and it is of great help, Iam taking fiber supplements the only question i have is when I drink water which is something they say is important I feel my stomach very little cramping, does my body have to get use to drinking water since I drank gingerale most of the time would appreciate any help.

are you drinking a lot of water quickly? or is it very cold? either of those could shock your stomach a bit.

Also are you drinking from a bottle when you have "suck" to get the water out? I personally avoid those because you also swallow air....same thing if you use a straw. Drink slow... no gulping.

no i am actually drinking just one bottle 9 0z a day, it's not bad but my stomach seems to be good until i drink the water but i know water is very important so I not sure why this is happening.

I am drinking bottle water but not the ones that you suck on just the one where you take off the cap I drink only one bottle a day 9 oz I have ibs d and I have been doing good this week is my first week trying supplement it just a feeling of me feeling i might have to use the bathroom but nothing bad, and only after I finish drinking water.
