Here is my problem, I have started drinking 64 to 72 oz of water thru out the day. The problem now is that I am constantly in the bathroom urinating. I have had IBS for many years and suffer from constipation. I stopped eating the foods that trigger my bloating, gas and cramping. I even drink the peppermint tea and take acacia. So far the bloatness and cramping have gone but not the constipation, so I started drinking all this water, but its getting bothersome having to go to the bathroom all day long. Does anyone know if someday my bladder will get used to it and how long will it take. Im getting fustrated and might just quit the water drinking.

Don't quit the water! Your body will adjust. I always feel better drinking at least 64 oz. of water a day.

Stick with it!

thanks jules, I needed to hear some reassurance that my body will get used to it.
