Wow! That's great news, Kree! I'm glad Lexapro is working for you and easing your IBS symptoms.

Take care,

Yeah, I was amazed how much the Lexapro helped, too. It had been years since I'd had a "normal" BM without cramping, and now I have up to 3 a day. It might be worth another try for you, although I know we're all different.

Lol, I can't believe you remember that apartment stuff! That seems like so long ago now. I ended up staying here because I was able to convince my landlord to put in new carpet. So I'm paying more, but at least now I can walk on my own floor and know it's clean! It just wasn't worth the hassle of moving, and I do love the layout and size of this apt. I think I made the right choice.

As for next year, I'm still planning on leaving. This principal still seems to have it out for me and I'm looking forward to getting out of this dysfunctional school. I've already applied to a few schools and have an interview scheduled for after spring break. I'll let you know how it goes!

Have a great week! I'll try to get on the boards more, because I miss you guys, too!

Hi Bob! Nope, I went to a private college, not a SUNY school... but I did get great recommendations there! So you're right, hopefully that will count for something. And I'm looking for other administrators in my school that will give me a good recommendation, too.

So how is life for you?

Life for me? Oh, not too bad I suppose. Still have to do my
taxes<sigh>. The semester's almost over, next week is the last
week of classes, and just one week of finals after that.I'm
still grappling with getting all my normal motor functions
back, still limping and my left hand fingers are still rather
numb, but I can grasp and lift stuff with them, they just feel
funky. I've got my swimming up to 25 laps a day, that's
going pretty good, but still a ways to go. My IBS isn't too
bad. My BM's are reasonable but not normal. Lexapro huh...,
I may check into that too after hearing about your success.
It sounds like your IBS is the best it's ever been.
Also, AC,Snorkie, and I are trying to organize a regional
get together for early June at one of the nicest parks on
the southern Lake Michigan shore. I still have to poll Mich
and Indiana people to see if they will come. Well, I hope
things go well with your job search, and enjoy your stability! -Bob
