but the aftertaste of milk is sort of bizarre to me now. that;s what I mean by tastes like cow.

I still however, miss wheat bread and still try to sneak some in. I was always the one telling my kids how much better wheat bread was for you. I can't tell you how thrilled they are that we eat a lot more white now. I have to admit, I like it too, especially sour dough.
