OK. Now that I can actually get pictures on here the right way... I took these in Salem a few months ago and thought maybe they'd brighten someone's day.

Those were beautiful pictures...thanks for sharing. I needed something pretty like that tonight. We're in the middle of the weirdest winter weather (thunder and lightening and rain/freezing rain) so it reminds me of better weather to come! Plus, my fiance was just told at his work tonight that they may be laying off all non-union employees (he is non-union) so that was a huge blow to us as that will put a kink in our wedding plans Here's hoping he gets to keep his job.

That weather doesn't sound like any fun. I'm near Portland and right now there actually isn't any rain. But the temp keeps dropping. And we just can't afford to run the heat much so we're all layered up. I'm sorry to hear about your husbands work. It will be alright. Things always work out if you believe they will. My husband has been trying to find work for so long. He finds jobs but he keeps getting hours cut and the last place that hired him didn't even have an open position to put him in. So they stopped giving him hours all the sudden. Now he has an interview coming up (the 1st he's gotten in his field) and we're keeping our fingers crossed. We're buried in so much debt but if he gets this job it will tke care of everything.
