The recipe looks simple, I like the spices involved so.........off I go. The ham in this recipe is optional so I have optioned it out. If I can find Puerto Rican white cheese I will also make Ensalada de Tomato y Queso Blanco Puertorriqueno ( I can eat tomatoes). We are having a close friend for dinner so this will be great. I love trying food from other cultures. Enjoy your day. TTFN.
