Hello Tommy,
tsk tsk for not liking Indian.(just jiving). As I think back, I don't believe I've ever been to a Puerto Rican (sp) restaraunt. What are some of the foods that I would delight my palate with? Curious and hungry.

I don't know, maybe I would like Indian... I hate the smell of curry though! It makes me nauseous!!

Here is a link of what Puerto Rican food is like. My mom makes most of htis stuff, however, I think it is highly unlikely you will find it in Ottawa...

I can personally vouch that Puero Rican food (well, the vegetarian stuff I've had) is YUMMY!!!

Ok, so today I am making Arroz con pollo!! The recipe looks simple, I like the spices involved so.........off I go. The ham in this recipe is optional so I have optioned it out. If I can find Puerto Rican white cheese I will also make Ensalada de Tomato y Queso Blanco Puertorriqueno ( I can eat tomatoes). We are having a close friend for dinner so this will be great. I love trying food from other cultures. Enjoy your day. TTFN.

The mother's health is great, thanks for asking! Since her radiation, she's had her 6 month checkup and her breast cancer has not returned. One less thing to worry about, yeaa!

I can't wait to see you two again, for sure! We'll have to do some shopping at Banana Republic the next time I'm in town!

Right on!!! That's amazing news!

I can't wait to see you again too. Yep, we'll have to shop. Have you friends moved out of NYC yet?
