Can I ask where in the Valley?? It's super nice here, sun is out and all.

I know that a heated pad does help my pain very much but I'm not sure abotu a hot bath?

YOU KNOW WHAT?!!! I put eucalyptus oil in my bubble bath and I SWEAR it took my headache away! Must be similar to peppermint oil.

Thanks sis!

Well, I'd rather not say. I'm just one of those people who are skittish about giving locations on the ol' information highway.
I do visist your city about once a week for my favorite Indian buffet. Spices don't bother me and I just can't help eating Indian food. It's my absolute favorite. My daughter lives there too, so we get to have a beer and pig out together frequently. Enjoy your day.

That stuff opens the nasal passageways I believe!!! Def. for use when congested

Peppermint oil is more for pain, nausea, and a "wake-up call" (it gives you energy...take a whiff when tired). It acts as a cooling agent...great on a cool washcloth for headaches. It is SOOO soothing!

I found out, btw, last night I believe...magnesium is good for migraines! I KNOW it helps my fibro....(I think this was a Dr. Weil tip...not sure though so don't quote me on his behalf!!)

Do you feel a-ok today?

*hugs*

HI,
Our very favorite buffet is the East Indian Co. on Somerset.
There is a ton of variety and it's either Tuesday or Wed is Vegatarian night where there are only one or two meat dishes. You can also bring your own bottle of wine. Of course there is the regular corking charge, but it's still so much less expensive and I always drink red wine with my dinner! As you can tell I am very stable IBS wise. The only attacks I have these days are from eating blatant fats. I have to be careful at Haveli as sometimes they use too much corriander/cilantro and that sucks for me. TTFN
