I have a suggestion. Lets all post a pic -- that's ONE pic -- of the happiest time in our lives, with a BRIEF explanation. Whatchasay, guys?

Now, if I can just remember how to post these damn things....? .... not to worry; if we get a large enough response from everyone, I'll figure it out.

Well one of my happiest days was when I graduated from Undergraduate College Cum Laude!! woohoo! (although it meant I was older, and no longer had an excuse to drink all night and order take out at 5am- It was a huge accomplishment)
This is me and my honors cords, mom and dad on graduation day.

I know Bev said only one.. but I figured i'd also post another of one of the more FUN days of my life. Although I have had many fun days.. HighSchool Prom was definitly VERY HIGH up there!

Picture Upload for Computer Dummies (i'm one of them)

upload your pictures to PHOTOBUCKET.COM

photobucket will upload it and underneath the picture it will say, URL, TAG, IMG. Highlight URL and copy.

Go to IBSworld and in your message click Image.

Paste the URL and VOILA!

This was taken of me and my first fiance in 1962, just months before he was killed. When the picture was taken, it was the happiest time of my life; we would have been married in just a few months. Obviously, the joy did not last long.....

people always tell me I look just like my mom.

the only difference is that i'm 24, she's 48. haha but she eats it up when people say she looks younger. Hopefully i'm blessed with the same genes.

This is from about 3 months after Mac and I started dating. Originally, he was big on showing me instead of telling me "I love you" This night he decided to take me to see Beauty and the Beast the Musical, even though he hates Disney, but he knew it was my favorite Disney movie. He also he told me loved me for the first time that night. I just remember that night as a wonderful time, and being a lot less doubtful of my relationship with Mac. (Sorry if I'm a bit mushy, it's his birthday today, and I had fun writing him a love letter last night as a present)

Hey Miss Bevrs,

I can't pinpoint just one happy moment because there have been so many. I don't have a scanner so I don't have pics of these but thinking quickly they would have to be:

The day I got married to my wonderful hubby
When I gave birth to both of my boys
When I got a DIL that I dearly love
AND last but not least, the birth of my precious grandaughter, Marisah, or Princess Bo Bo as better known to some...and I just happen to have a pic

What a great idea, Bev! Here are pictures from my glorious one-week honeymoon in Maui with my hubby.

And the view from our hotel room....my favorite thing was sitting outside early in the morning while watching the sunrise. ((sigh)) I get all teary-eyed just thinking about it. It really was magical.

I have no wedding pics on digital camera, no birth of my two sons pics on it either!!!! We had video camera only BACK THEN!!! OMG I feel so old!!! I don't know how to scan my pics either. I even have a stinkin scanner sitting right beside me!!! So since they are the two most important things in my life that make me happy I'll post one of my handsome boys:
[And one of my loving husband who I adore! (We really had the best time in Disney on vacation this past April too!)

Sailing Away

Well the happiest moment would definitely be from this May when Jason and I went to Greece. I had just found out in a few months before we left that I had IBS and would need to be adopting a new diet and some new changes to my life. Course I managed to stay well while there and had a great time. Unfortunately I couldn't just pick one, so these are my top 2 since I have them on my desk.

After a long day of site seeing on the island of Delos we caught a ferry back to Mykonos to get our boat so we could sail to Paros. Jason is much more experienced at sailing, but he was a great teacher in making sure I could handle the 61 foot boat with out any fears. A few minutes after this photo was taken we had dolphins swimming alongside the boat.

When we finally made it to Athens, I was able to visit all the sites that I wanted and had marked in my travel guide. We climbed numerous hills and endured baking heat, but what a view. Jason endured 10 hours of a forced march through the city to see everything. Part of it carrying his laptop since it had all our photos saved on it and we couldn't check into our hotel room yet. I have such a great guy...not only does he make me happy but helps me live one of my biggest dreams, walks all day after having no little sleep the night before since we had a midnight ferry ride and didn't get to bed until 1 am and were up at 6 am to arrive in port, but he also had numerous blisters all over his feet from all the walking we had been doing. Yet he kept smiling for me.

Even though I'm totally obsessed with my neice Bethany, I still think my happiest moment was when I became a Godmother to my cousin Amy's baby girl 3 years ago!

(Note my super short hair!)

Katie will be 3 next month and is so adorable. They live way out in California though so I don't get to see her as much as I'd like.

Since everyone else cheated and posted more than one, I'm gonna post two of my happiest times.

This was taken in July 2004 in Monterey, California. Mike took me to a beautiful bed and breakfast in Santa Cruz for the weekend and we had decided to go down to the Monterey Bay Aquarium for the day. Even though the wind kinda spoiled this picture by blowing my hair in my face, it still reminds me of how I fell in love with him all over again that weekend.

And these are my boys (aren't they charming? LOL) at my best friend Jason's surprise birthday party that I threw for him at our bar. I have 3 more boys that aren't in this picture, but it's very rare to get all 8 of them together because of girlfriends, babies, jobs, etc. We had so much fun that night and it was almost like it was in the past when no one had any commitments or worries. Despite this funny pictures, I know that my boys are always there for me when I need them and vise versa.

I guess my happiest picture is the one of me and Richie in my profile.

This one is the first time my brother Phil, brother Frank, and I were together. (Long story ... almost 50 years before Frank knew about us.) It was taken in front of the juke box at the diner I worked part time at.

This is me about 10 years ago (halloween) when I had lost 120 lbs. OMG look at my neck ... can't find it now under the double chins.
