No improvements as of yet. I'm giving it one more day, so we'll see. As for buying or renting... our plan is to actually move back up to the Twin Cities after the baby is born. Whether or not we'll buy is another question. It really depends on what our financial situation is like and what kind of job my DH can get. We've owned already once and thoroughly enjoyed it... the only reason we sold was so that DH could take a position here in Iowa, which of course has turned out to be quite the opposite of what we thought. I sure hope you find something better for you. Even if you rent again, I would think it would be better than where you are now.
