I'm so happy for you, getting that kinda stuff always makes me feel so good! And yeah, really grown up.. and then that back support of actually having something to sit on is always nice! Sounds like you got lotsa stuffs too, way to go! So much for slowly accumulating things.. It's way more fun to just get everything you need in one big trip! Ya know, if I had the guts to haggle, I would for absolutely everything! Every where I go, I'm like, "That's not what that's worth!!" Stuff is so over priced, everywhere! I let Adrian do the haggling when we can 'cause he's good at it, and thank goodness because I get sucked in so easily! Come on in and pull up a comfy chair!! I gotta say, I loooove haggling. I'm good at it too, but it's hard to be around me in the sales office if I'm playing the bad cop, you know? I learned from my mom who used to take me to the Arab market in Paris every Saturday. She's NEVER paid the written price for anything you could buy outside. LOL! The $75 gift certificate from the furniture company was a real coup though, and totally unexpected. I would have been happy if they gave me $20 off the delivery price!! I agree things are way overpriced nowadays. I always ask if there's a better price, if things are going on sale soon or if there's a break for cash up front.
