Honestly, it's not food, I'm really good with that. It's staying up to watch my favorite TV shows or hanging out with my friends late so that I don't get enough sleep (which is a trigger for me)!

Definitly spinnach dip! (Sour cream/mayo/knorr veg soup mix & spinnach)with pumpernickle or marble rye bread to dip it in!
Basically anything with sour cream and cream cheese.

oh yeah.. spinach dip is the best.. my mom used to always make it and put in sourdough bread bowls. YUUUMMMY. haha thanks for making me drool hahah

Hey- all mine begin with "Ch" so they are my CH-eats! 
-Champagne!
-Chocolate
-Cheesecake (especially strawberry)
I rarely cheat with everyday food as I will just get back into the habit of eating them, like cheese, red meat etc..sometimes I just CRAVE a ham sandwich though!
Oh and icecream with caramel sauce....
