I know we've done something similar to this before, but alot of new people have come since.
I also figured I'd put this in the living room so that no one sees it on the diet board and thinks its ok to eat this stuff. 
Anyways.. my faves are real pizza with real cheese and cocacola or dr. pepper. I don't do it alot.. but I love it when I do.
Luckily I only get sick from pizza half the time.

unless its safe... but then again I'm dairy allergic and must local places have dairy in the crust recipes (I checked)...
I do on the other hand adore chicken wings and have a hell of a time turning them down... though I do pay every time.... I know my favorite wings place now has a chicken breast sandwich and I can get the wings sauces on that and do so.. much safer...

oh yum... of course the chicken wings always taste better than the grilled chicken breast.. but at least you found a yummy less fat and more ibs safe alternative. so yay for that. 
Oh I almost forgot.. I have a weakness for cheeseburgers too.. and an occassional mcdonalds chicken nuggets and french fries, but I have both of those so rarely. Four times a year tops, but they are a nice treat every once in awhile.

Well, this doesn't come as a surprise to any of you old timers who know me.
While I can get off on chocolate BIG time, I absolutely positively cannot do without COFFEE. So I don't. Every single morning. Yep. I'm bad, BAD, BAD!

haha heather.. I feel your pain. I gave up icecream for like 7months.. got pms last month and went out and bought a whole gallon of friendlys cookies and cream PLUS caramel sauce AND chocolate SPRINKLES.
its lasted about a month cause I ate it in moderation.. but it was very yummy!

I don't know exactly what it is called, but it's a dessert that I had at the Keg, and would kill someone for..
It's mocha ice cream with oreo cookie crust and with chocolate and caramel sauce - OH MY GOD! Last time I went there, I had it and Adrian was like, "Won't it make you sick?" and I was like, "Maybe... but I don't care!!!" I didn't get sick, but even if I had, it would have been SO WORTH IT!
Also pepsi. I love pepsi.
