I feel lousy, waste of a weekend

Hey guys,
I guess I'm going to be a sickie this weekend like a lot of others on here. I know I've seen a lot of posts from others saying they've gotten sick, I hate this time of year for that 
I just missed 4 days of work last week due to my period and the pain being out of control, and I finally got all that back on track and today I wake up feeling like I'm getting a cold. It's progressed all day, now I'm all shakey and sniffly and just yucky. It figures eh? I mean, I can work with a cold, but unfortunately I work in a call center so I talk for 8 hours, and after a while, that kinda sucks when your throat is all raw.
Anyways, I'm just venting, I apologize

That's too bad that you aren't feeling well. Sounds like you need to curl up with a good book and just focus on getting yourself better!

I'm looking forward to that season coming. Too hot here atm, that being said I've had a cold for the last week and a half (people always look at you like your mad when it's the middle of summer and you say "oh, I have a cold". Hope you're feeling better soon and it sux having to work when you have one. Feel free to whine as much as you want!

Thanks for asking You're so sweet. Well, they seem to be a bit better, my eyes have at least cleared up which I'm so grateful for I had an x-ray (they won't do a CT scan) and they said it was clear, although my head's still hurting, but I'm just trying to leave it alone and see how it goes.
