I just received you subscription plea and I felt compelled to write and hopefully ease your apprehension. I for one did not have to think twice about subscribing to your newsletter. This web site and your cookbook have been a godsend of information toward my IBS management. I have lived with this problem my whole life and I understand that IBS is something that will always challenge me but it is such a relief to finally have viable, tangible solutions to my discomfort. It is also nice to know that there are other people who understand what I live with on a daily basis. Your efforts are greatly appreciated and I am confident that your good works will be returned in kind. Besides, as far as I am concerned your recipe for Brown Sugar Zucchini bread is more than worth the subscription fee to the newsletter... much more

I've been overwhelmed by everyone's support and kindness. I truly appreciate it more than I can say.
And the zucchini bread comes from my Grams, who would be so tickled I can't even tell ya.
Hugs to you, H

I totally agree!!As some of you may know,i only joined the boards yesterday, altho i have had heathers book for a few months, and am gradually making the changes.I can't tell you the difference it has made to me,to know that there are people who understand, for the first time since i was diagnosed,5 years ago,i don't feel alone. It wouldn't be an issue at all to pay the subscription. My only concern is am in uk,so i guess it would have to be a money order?! Thank you for all your help heather!
