A wonderful evening with friends, tonight.

And, not having the standard, socially-isolated evening -it wasn't all about me!!!
Visited with some peers at a local boarding house. -used to live there about five years ago before moving in with my folks. It was good to communicate with them, again. It has been many years of silence and (out of thought out of mind -no pun intended; well, yes!) and to break the ice with some of the remaining-former housemates (80 people live in the facility) was a great boost of adrenaline to my spirit and my smile muscles got a great workout.
There are many preparations to be made for the wellness group in March. But, I didn't hear one negative thing from anyone. That's a very good sign  . I'm in an unusually serene state of mind, for now. And, hopefully it will last for a few good posts, here tonight.
