Too much energy. Ramble on, ramble on...hopefully taken humorously.

As a hyperactive kid, it was a classroom nuisance. But, as an adult it is a blessing and a curse. -talkin' 'bout nervous energy.
Good Cod what's gunna happen that my smoking program's gunna start, soon. I will not take Klonopin or other pharm. substances, for this. Tension, tension, tension...
OK. calm, blue ocean. This nervous energy is too much. I get as hyper as a chihuahua...
Actually, the antianxiety med. Buspar doesn't work as a muscle relaxant in my case. So, I still have the tension associated with depression and general anxiety disorder. But, found a book (for my wish list) that teaches breathing techniques. What's next? YOGA?!? I hope so.
The first of the month is about here. Thank you little eagle for dropping something in my account every month. It's been sweet, all these years. You have been more than generous, but this little eagle has to fly on his own.
OK. NO this isn't a cheesy drama. A suicide note or psychotic ramble. And, definately not code for the FBI. So, I'll get to the point of this whole shih-bang!
I need to relax.

Wheee! Good luck with the smoking (or cessation thereof).
I know it's bad and disgusting and yucky and recently outlawed at the pub here...... but I still haven't given up. I tried last summer and I'm amazed I still have friends!

Thank you. I did make what is called "the commitment to quit." The date hasn't been chosen because arrangements need to be made with my GP and cardiologist.
Thank you for reading the post. -experimenting with writing style. Plan to study and pursue a career in technical writing for urban planning agencies. Very excited about it, yet, gotta tackle the smoking...and, start a journal. So many thoughts in my head all the time that sometimes they leak! Hey, if it isn't from a mean place, sometimes I'll run with the stream of consciousness. Thanks for message boards in that it is a great way to explore the effect of the written word.
Thanks again. Dumas.

I'll happily mop up your leakage, Bob. It's nice to have company this time of night.
