...but I actually did it 2 weeks ago, because Maine is a WONDERFUL state and they allow you to fill out absentee ballots without a reason! Adam and I had to go re-register, since we just moved, so we just went ahead and voted that day.

I did hear that... it bothers me somewhat... but then again what do I know I was raised to be extremelyt politically active and went around registring people to vote for months this year..

All due respect to Mr. Brosnan, Mr. Springsteen, Curt Schilling, Eminem, Bruce Willis, Wayne Newton and any other celebrity/athlete no matter who they support; I could care less about what they think about politics.
I think voters should educate themselves about the issues and not rely on everything a celebrity tells them or a media outlet tells them.
Thats just my two cents.

Even on this side of the pond! Your governments foreign and environmental policies impact on the UK so much!
I guess we shouldn't start a political debate here, but I can at least say that Si and I are rooting for different candidates!!!

Not sure if I'm going to have time to vote today.  I had a doctors appointment this morning that took up my lunch and I have a 1pm meeting that will last until 4pm. Then I have school at 4:30pm until 8:20pm (polls close at 8pm).

and becoming a citizen to support a candidate is a huge turn off to me.. but I vote the way I was raised- on the issues!
