i just got an iPod Friday. got the 20GB version (yeah, the new one). i absolutely LOVE it. just wondering if anyone else has one?
i'm busy loading all of my CDs on it.... and that's quite an endeavor. i'm so thrilled with the iPod i believe i'll be selling most of my CDs (i could use the cash to make up some of the money i spent on the iPod!).

Cool! I don't have one but I bet it's great!
How you doing, sweetie?! I've had a cold but I'm just about over it.

Yes; I LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE my iPod.
Unfortunately, with my dumb luck, I got the OLD 20GB in May--about six weeks before they announced the launch of the new one!
I still love it, though!

I have an iPod. I love it dearly, though I suspect the battery is starting to die on mine. It's skipping now, or freezing up, and it's not supposed to do that. I'll have to pay the money to get a new battery for it. Thank goodness people made such a big stink about it that batteries are now widely available and cheap.
Mine is a 10gig and stuffed full!!

Yep...a 30GB model that I bought from my friend who's a DJ for a mere $200. It's great but I had a lot of sync problems with the PC so I re-synced to the Mac and it worked fine. I'm going to fall sprawl so it's a must for the 5 hour plane ride from NY to LV!!! It took me 1 week/4-5 hours a night to rip 250 CD's - really time consuming. Tip: Don't delete the files after you load your iPod in case it crashes and you need to reload. Besides, you get to listen to all your music on the PC now.

Stay tuned! I think they are coming out with a 60GB model soon. That only holds about 30,000 songs (or approx. 3,000 CD's). Getting to be a bit much I think!
PS: Anybody here going to the fall sprawl next week?
