Stomach hurts during certain exercise activities

It seems like anytime I try anything like mountain biking, horse back riding or running, my stomach and abdomen either hurt or it just feels very uncomfortable. Does anyone else have this same sensitivity while being "jostled" during vigorous exercise?

Christie, I felt the same way...on and off...for quite a while. Then it got to the point that I didn't even want to exercise at all. Yoga...specifically Svaroopa yoga (more stretching, and very relaxed type of yoga) and the recipes and diet guidelines from this forum have helped TREMENDOUSLY. I no longer have that pain that it sounds like you have. It's gone!
I also take a supplement with a very high beneficial bacteria count...3 times daily.

I train horses for a living. In my case, no. Pain is made worse by jostling, but riding or not riding won't keep me from having pain. (I ride at the Olympic level, so pretty vigorous)! Jostling just further irritates the tummy. Sticking to the diet & avoiding stress is the ONLY way I got any relief.

Thank you Kebbie and Chris for your comments. I also think my stomach is extra sensitive right now because I recently got off the pill. My indigestion is more frequent so I'm sure that is contributing to the problem.
