Does anyone have any specific yoga or pilates DVD recommendations?

I agree with aperson: winsor pilates is awesome! Here's my testimonial! I did winsor pilates every morning over the summer with 2 girlfriends. We saw results quickly. I like the tape b/c she doesn't dwell on what you are doing--it keeps moving at a great pace. The girls in the video are so toned, it's extra motivating! I felt really toned and so much stronger. It's only 20 minutes, so there was no excuse of lack of time. We met every morning. 5 days a week. I couldn't believe how strong we got over the summer, and honestly, my belly was at it's best when we were doing it. So, I highly recommend it. And, when it gets too easy, there is an advanced version that will literally kick your butt, but it's awesome! This reminds me I totally need to get back into it!!

I also like the Winsor Pilates. I got it by chance at a yard sale for 3.00 including the ring. I also bought the Mayo Clinic Wellness IBS dvd and I like the yoga part of it. I have been doing it every morning since I got it and I am feeling better already. I am awaiting Yoga For Stress Relief (I think that's the correct title) but have not received it yet. I think I saw someone else recommend it on one of the boards.
