Everyone post their report for what you did on 11/20 here.... (i.e. what you ate, be sure to note if NOT IBS safe, exercise, bathroom visits if you need to monitor those, your goals & progress...etc.) You can also just hang around for tips and conversation. Please join us. We can help each other.

Exercise: Missed my bus and walked to school (45 mins) Did some weights exercises and stretching later in the day.
Food: Breakfast - quinoa, strawberries, walnuts Snack - beets, applesauce Lunch - tempeh with tomato sauce and amaranth pasta Snack - banana, carrots Dinner - zucchini, mushrooms, shrimp, ginger Snack - blueberries, chestnuts
Got results of a blood test back: Vitamin D is good Vitamin B12 is low-normal Folate is low So I'm taking B12 and Folate supplements now. Hopefully it'll help my energy levels.
