Today was one of those days where I'm bored and feel lazy at work, and want to eat when I'm not hungry. I'm pretty happy with how I did, but not thrilled. I need to remember that I'm still well within my target range, and that today was a good day.

2 eggs
1/2 c spinach
1 T nutritional yeast
1/2 c blackberries

UFO snack (healthy)

tempeh
zucchini
diced tomatoes (from a can)
brussels sprouts
olive oil

small bit of dark chocolate (this was taken into account with my plan for the day, but I think it got me into a snacky kick)

lentil soup

carrot & red pepper sticks
10 almonds
UFO beverage w/ soy milk

Kind almond & coconut bar (this was a weird compromise with my snacky urges - I bought it on my way home, but it meant that I'd eat nothing at home, since I'd be set for calories and getting home around 10:15. I guess it's good to get out of the habit of eating when I get home late, but I need to make better choices not just about food but about buying food away from home.)

1461 calories, 82g protein, 51% calories from fat. I think that should be more protein, and a little less fat, but today's vegetable lunch was all cooked in olive oil, so I guess that's the trade.

Exercise: I walked a little over a mile tonight, rather than taking the subway.

I really feel like eating now, just noshing for a bit before going to bed, but I'm not going to. I'm not hungry and I've eaten enough today, and I think the most important thing about this month I'm setting out on is retraining myself not to habitually eat at night as part of winding down. I'm in my pjs, on the couch, and I'm gonna read some blogs and drink water and then go to bed.
