Everyone post their report for what you did on 9/26 here....
(i.e. what you ate, be sure to note if NOT IBS safe, exercise, bathroom visits if you need to monitor those, your goals & progress...etc.) You can also just hang around for tips and conversation. Please join us. We can help each other.

Gym: 5 mins stretching of legs, 17 mins in the weight room doing chest & triceps, the I took a 25 min Abs class and THEN "Kick-It" class (kickboxing, included abs & stretching at the end) worked out 1 hour +48 mins, burned 583 calories at 50% fat.

elliptical 30 minutes and abdominal crunches. Also have not been snacking still after 8pm!

Warm up on the stairmaster and gentle strength training for my legs. Did some stretching too.

Hi Shell, great to see you are still working hard on the fitness lifestyle. Seems a few of your followers have slacked off though judging by reply nos. Happy to report i am still regularly at the gym and running, and sailing.....
